Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you purchase a product online, you have a 14-day right to cancel from the day you receive your order. This allows you to change your mind without needing to provide a reason. To request a refund, please contact us via email at:

Returns for Change of Mind

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us of your intention to return the product within 14 calendar days of receiving it. The product must then be returned in perfect, unworn condition, with no signs of improper use or physical damage, and in its original packaging.

Once we receive the returned product at our address and verify its compliance with our return standards, we will contact you to confirm the solution.

Refund & Store Credit

The refunded amount will correspond to the price paid for the returned product and will be reimbursed using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. Please note that credit card refunds are subject to your card issuer's policies and processing times.

Alternatively, you may opt for a store credit, which can be used for future purchases.

Policy for Faulty or Damaged Items

In the rare event that a product is faulty or damaged, we will offer a repair, replacement, or a full refund, as per your rights under the Consumer Rights Act. Please follow these steps:

  • Please attach photos of the defective product to your email to help us assess the issue and provide a quick resolution.

  • We will then provide you with the necessary instructions for returning the item, and we will cover all associated postage costs.

Please note that we cannot accept products that show signs of misuse or improper handling.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired product is not available, we can offer a refund or provide store credit.
