At Pellegrino, we guarantee the dispatch of products to the address specified by the customer. To avoid any delivery issues, we kindly request that your shipping address is filled in accurately and completely.
Recipient Not Present
It is essential to ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the indicated address. Our carriers typically make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery is not possible after these attempts, the package may be held at a local depot for a limited time.
Should the package not be collected after this period, it will be returned to the sender.
All information regarding delivery attempts is recorded in the order tracking, which is available via the link sent to your email.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Pellegrino is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If the address is invalid, the package will be returned to the sender. In such cases, a refund will not be issued, and you will be responsible for a new shipping fee for the product to be resent.
Processing Time
After your order is processed and payment is confirmed in our system, the next steps include production, packaging, and dispatch. This is typically completed within 2 to 5 business days.
Shipping Time & Tracking Code
The tracking code(s) will be sent to the email address used for the purchase once your order has been dispatched. Due to our on-demand production model, shipping times can vary, but generally range from 5 to 10 business days after dispatch. Please note that if your order contains multiple items, they may be sent from different locations and arrive in separate packages with unique tracking codes.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order value. We offer free shipping on all orders over £50.00.
Delivery Methods
